This family-run, late Victorian house is conveniently located for the centre of York, accessible by a pleasant riverside walk.

We are a family-run business and pride ourselves on the personal touch and attention to detail to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Our commitment to excellent hospitality has earned us the 4-star rating and a Silver Award for guest accommodation. The comfortable, wood panelled, licensed lounge bar features a cosy open fire in winter. We have large comfy sofas and a television allowing you to unwind, read, listen to music and enjoy a drink from our well stocked bar. Guests are also impressed by our excellent, freshly prepared breakfast, served in our elegant dining room.

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

- Take the A64 (York bypass).
- Turn onto the A19 (York to Selby road) for York and we are a short distance away along on the right-hand side.
Please make sure that you take the A19 Selby and exit from the A64, not the A19 Thirsk.
