• Bookings must be cancelled 0 days in advance of your arrival date.
• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 0 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
CHILD POLICY: Children older than 14 years are considered adult for room occupancy.
COMMENTS: Single Saturday night bookings are not accepted. A credit card is required as a guarantee. There is a 5% charge for the use of credit cards, debit cards are free of charge. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Check-in is not possible between the hours of 2pm and 6pm, unless arranged directly with Hotel. FROM 21st Aug UNTIL 24th Aug THE LIMES ONLY ACCEPT MINIMUM OF 4 NIGHT BOOKINGS - this is due to it being the Ebor Race Meeting in York. We also only accept 3 night bookings for Bank Holidays. The Limes Hotel is a comfortable and friendly family run late Victorian House. No one night bookings on Saturday nights. A minimum of 4 nights for 21st to 24th August. Minimum of 3 nights on bank holidays.
